These Terms govern your use of our website, internships, courses, client projects, and all services provided by XAVIRGIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, applying for internships/courses, engaging our services, or using any of our digital tools, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any future amendments. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our services.

2. Eligibility & User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, applications, or inquiries.
You shall not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if any).

3. Services Description

We provide IT services, remote internships (free & paid), entrepreneurship courses, AI solutions, web/mobile development, and custom software projects. All services are delivered remotely unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

4. Payments & Zero Upfront Offers

Paid programs (e.g., Entrepreneurship Course) require payment before access.
For client projects under "Zero Upfront Cost" model, you agree to pay the agreed success fee/percentage only after verifiable results are achieved.
All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, designs, logos, course materials, and software created by us remain the exclusive property of XAVIRGIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED.
Clients receive limited license for delivered projects; source code ownership terms are specified in individual agreements.
Interns/courses participants may not redistribute or commercially use materials without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XAVIRGIN (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, its director, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services, internships, or courses at any time for violation of these terms, without prior notice or liability.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Last updated date will be updated accordingly.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
